ADP jobs forcast sends stock futures climbing

U.S. stock futures rose on reports that employers added more jobs than economists forecast last month, Bloomberg reports.

Companies in the U.S. added 176,000 workers in June, according to figures from ADP Employer Services. The median forecast of economists surveyed by Bloomberg called for a 100,000 increase.

U.S. futures were also up after China cut benchmark interest rates for the second time in a month.

The U.S. Labor Department is scheduled to release its June jobs figures tomorrow.
