BURLINGTON, N.C. ? An area home care company has announced plans to expand.
According to the Burlington Times-News, the Home Instead Senior Care office, which serves Alamance and Randolph counties, will create 50 positions as part of the expansion.
Most of the jobs will be part-time, the paper reports.? They are expected to be added within the year.
Company officials tell the Times-News the expansion is due to the anticipation of growth from increasing demand for home care professionals.
The new part-time positions could serve as a good second career for older adults, officials told the paper.
